Siemens goes a long way to meet young engineering talent. More specifically, final-year students in Flanders, Wallonia, or Brussels can become Siemens Ambassador.
For this, you need to give a sound motivation and reach special achievements, followed by rather long psychological tests, a presentation, and an in–depth interview in German, English and French. Finally, you have to design the lay-out planning of a company during a group exercise.
Throughout, people from Siemens observe your every move: how you function in a team, who’s in charge, who listens to other team members…These so-called soft skills are considered equally important.
No less than three Group T students can now call themselves Siemens Ambassadors: Hilde Eylmenbosch, Stef Lauwers, and Sophie Genesse.
