Preschool Teacher

Kindergarten Teacher

Effortless child-minded thinking and feeling. Interest in working with little ones. Wanting to contribute to children’s development.

If this is the basis from which students are willing to gain the necessary skills, they are ready to be(come) preschool teachers.

Building on theory and personal skills

Throughout Group T’s three year program, students learn, among other things, how their creativity and fantasy can stimulate young children’s motor and sensory system. They follow theoretical classes together with their peers; but soon they become acquainted with the workings of a real preschool class.

Guided practice

Via observation- and participation internships, students receive ample opportunities to get to know those skills which are typically needed to work with preschoolers. They discover which materials and aids to use in motion, visual, and musical training. All the while, expert advice is handy from both experienced preschool teachers and university college professors.

A degree that takes students beyond the classroom

All courses—such as Pedagogy, World Orientation, but also Physical, Visual, and Musical Training—are fully aimed at a young child’s environment. Still, a degree in preschool teaching also offers possibilities outside the classroom. A correct and fluent way of expressing yourself and sharp psychological insight are strongly appreciated in the service sector and in all branches of the business world where human interaction takes center stage.
