For the first time in history, a full Belgian team has been selected to simulate a Mars mission on board the Mars Desert Research Station in the desert in the south of Utah, USA. Arjan van der Star, geography lecturer in the teacher training program at GROUP T, is a member of the team of 6, evenly balanced between 3 Flemish and 3 Walloons, 3 men and 3 women.
