Goals

As students of the Exchange International Educating Class (EIEC), you share a common ambition:

  • to find new ways to respond creatively to the needs of your work environment
  • to think up plausible courses of action for the future

UNESCO’s Four Pillars of Education

To guide you in fulfilling this ambition, the EIEC leans on the Four Pillars of Education: Learning to Know; Learning to Do; Learning to Live Together; and Learning to Be.

Regardless of whether or not you are actually working as a teacher, you will be able to use these Four Pillars as tools for analyzing, fine-tuning, and revitalizing your professional life.

Lifelong learning

By approaching life as an educational journey, you learn to apply educating competences in all areas of your professional and personal life. And since educating goes beyond formal education, you are challenged to go on learning your entire life.
