Exams
Exams will be given based on the material from lectures. This can also be the case for some self study packets. The exams are generally oral after a written preparation. They are random indications of the knowledge you have at that moment. The exams are given during three examination periods, in January, in June, and in September. For the first-year students, there are also trial exams during the first semester. These are the so-called introductory examinations.
Continuous assessment
Students will not be given exams for the exercises, the practical sessions, the learning experiences, or the projects. The evaluation is carried out through continuous assessment. Throughout the entire year, students' stages of development and how they gain greater insight into the theory and its concrete applications are monitored. With this, the student's performance and dedication will be observed and tested against the proposed goals.

Group T's evaluation system is described in detail in the Examination Regulations. It includes the provisions and rules that students and professors must observe in the evaluation process. They can be downloaded from Group T's extranet, my.groupt.be:
