When students start looking for a job, Group T offers guidance to find one that best suits their qualities and offers the best chances to develop successfully.

The main activities in this context are:
 
  • publishing vacancies for senior students via the Group T-website: Job Opportunities
  • informing alumni about specific vacancies, job requirements, and selection and job application procedures
  • offering job application training sessions for senior students
  • offering in-house campus recruitment facilities to interested companies during the Entrepreneurs' Day

    In-house campus recruitment implies that representatives from personnel and recruitment departments from various companies are brought in direct contact with the senior students for a first selection interview during the Entrepreneurs' Day. Beforehand, they can provide students with information on their personnel requirements, employment prospects and recruitment requirements, so that students can best prepare for the interview. For their part, the recruiting companies receive, in advance, the resumes of the senior students.
